Stuffed Mushrooms

1 slice of Dave's Killer Bread (I use the heel)
6-8 fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. grated Pecorino Romano
2 tbs minced garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
No Salt Seasoning to taste
2 tbs olive oil
12 med-large Cremini mushrooms, stemmed.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place slice of bread in a mini chopper and chop until bread crumbs are even throughout. Add basil, Romano, garlic, salt and pepper. Chop again until basil is thourghly chooped. Add olive oil and chop until mixed thoroughly. Spray a muffin pan or cookie sheet lightly with olive oil. Place mushrooms in pan/sheet tops down and lightly spray with olive oil. Fill each mushroom with stuffing. Bake for 25 minutes.
